Aspects of Energy

The SoLa SoFia Method is about thinking of handling Reiki energy from a whole new perspective. It is a matter of new perception.

When I was given the request to write this book, the specific request was to make the symbols easy and simple to invoke. In the spirit of Dr. Usui, to make them accessible to as many people as possible. So almost all of these symbols are roughly three or four strokes and rarely much more. The SoLa SoFia Method is designed that EVEN if you do not know the Traditional Reiki Symbols by heart, you can even invoke these simple symbols for basic protection and basic energetic movement.

AS mentioned, in Traditional Reiki, students are taught throughout the various “Levels” certain key teachings, and that is followed by specific hand postures and cryptic signs which help to draw the energy. My approach has shifted through the years to take a rather different perspective. As I became more in tune with different energies throughout the different times of my life, I have come to realize that understanding the aspects and potentiality of specific energies were as important, if not more important, than the traditional ‘system-taught’ hand gestures and positions. Not to discount these things, but only to put them in proper perspective. Understanding and proper handling of energy trumps all.

My personal ability to evoke energy has become stronger through familiarity and practice. Your ability to harness energy will do them same if you truly want it to happen.

So that is the first step: a decision and desire to truly be connected above and beyond all else; above fear, above; ego; above self-doubt.

Know that there is something bigger then you and bigger than me; something than any visible physical presence. In the realm of the infinite, there is no time nor space. We are all sublimely connected through the ethers and we all have universal access to potentiality. There is a standing invitation, and it’s just a matter of asking to join the party.

What I shall describe below is certainly not the only way to look at intuition and energy. There is no right or wrong way to approach it. What works for some may not work for another. That being said, here is the SoLa SoFia Method approach to what I term as Twelve Instantaneously Accessible Aspects of Mastery. Knowing and understanding these aspects will give you the ability and technique to access far more than you could ever imagine.
